For our first PhilaPM Roundtable we're getting it all out in the open, time to share your biggest failures, how you bounced back, and what you learned from them. We'll be identifying some of the indicators that a project is going downhill, and how to take some steps to get it back on track. Aside from inspiring a few laughs, and commiserating, our stories will help us learn from each other's mistakes.
